Delete Your Account
Request account and data deletion
You have the right to delete your Kinda Recovery account and all associated personal data at any time. Below are two ways to do this — instantly from within the app, or by requesting deletion via email.
What will be deleted:
- • Your profile and personal information
- • All posts, comments, reactions, and saved posts
- • All connections and direct messages
- • Mood logs, journal entries, and milestones
- • Event RSVPs, reports, and notifications
- • Reasons to Stay submissions
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete instantly
Log in to your account, then go to Settings → Delete Account to remove everything immediately.
Request by email
Can't log in? Email us and we'll delete your account and data on your behalf. Include the email address registered to your account.
We process requests within 30 days.
Your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Some data may be retained briefly where required for legal or safety purposes.
